Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care consistent with hospital mission and pharmacy standards

Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Current, active Registered Pharmacist license in the State of California
- Minimum one year of hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized environment
- Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems and Microsoft Windows
- Strong clinical judgment and drug knowledge application
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records preferred
