Deliver pharmaceutical care as a clinical pharmacist within a dynamic inpatient setting. Contract Details:

• Start: Immediate
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift with varied start times; 10-hour shifts
• EMR System: EPIC

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care consistent with hospital mission and pharmacy standards
• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current, active Registered Pharmacist license in the State of California
• Minimum one year of hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized environment
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems and Microsoft Windows
• Strong clinical judgment and drug knowledge application
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records preferred
