A full-time Float Clinical Pharmacist Operations Specialist position is available in Tulsa, OK, offering a day shift schedule of 8 hours per day. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of specialty practice areas within the pharmacy department while also providing pharmaceutical care as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational specialty practice areas such as IV room, diversion/narcotics management, informatics, and residency programs.
  • Provide user support, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate upgrade testing activities and deliver training as a subject matter expert.
  • Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.
  • Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or fellowship plus PGY-2 Specialty Pharmacy Residency/fellowship, OR PGY-1 plus 3+ years of clinical experience, OR 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience without residency.
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
  • BLS and ALS/ACLS certifications.
  • Compliance with applicable state requirements, including sterile compounding.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
  • Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification or other nationally recognized specialty training.
