Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing and IV admixture.
• Deliver accurate drug information to healthcare professionals.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff workflow.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance medication safety.
• Participate in the Code Blue response with ACLS-certified intervention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school.
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for Code Blue participation. Preferred Qualifications:
• PharmD degree preferred.
• At least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
