Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmaceutical care including drug dispensing and IV admixture.
- Deliver accurate drug information to healthcare professionals.
- Oversee pharmacy technicians, students, and support staff workflow.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance medication safety.
- Participate in the Code Blue response with ACLS-certified intervention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited school.
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for Code Blue participation. Preferred Qualifications:
- PharmD degree preferred.
- At least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
