A Clinical Pharmacist opportunity is available at an infusion pharmacy located in Ventura County, Oxnard, CA. This position focuses on supporting infusion therapies, including a range of medication classes such as chemotherapy and oncology drugs. The role offers regular weekday hours with no night or weekend shifts, providing a balanced work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense and review infusion medications, ensuring compliance with clinical standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize oncology and other infusion therapies.
• Monitor patient medication regimens, providing clinical consultations as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation and support quality assurance initiatives within the pharmacy.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current California Pharmacist License required.

Schedule:
