Travel Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist - Paradise, California

Location: Paradise, CA (assignment at a well-established medical center in Chico, CA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical judgment and professional knowledge to support pharmaceutical care consistent with institutional mission and standards
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems for hospitalized patients
• Utilize pharmacy distribution skills in a decentralized inpatient setting
• Adhere to facility policies, pharmacy protocols, and federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of California
• Minimum of one year hospital experience, preferably in an inpatient, decentralized pharmacy role
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems and Windows operating environments
• Strong clinical judgment and application of drug knowledge
• Ability to work within established procedures and maintain compliance with standards

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position with flexibility to relocate to Chico, CA for the assignment duration
• May require floating to other departments as needed to support patient care
