Clinical Pharmacist in Perkins, OK

A community hospital located approximately 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a permanent, day-shift role. This 100-bed facility provides an excellent opportunity for both experienced pharmacists and new graduates with a PGY1 residency to advance their hospital pharmacy careers.

Responsibilities include:

• Order verification and medication dispensing
• Supervising pharmacy technicians
• Conducting pharmacokinetic evaluations
• Consulting with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care
• Utilizing Meditech for electronic health records and medication management

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacist license
• Hospital setting experience preferred, but new graduates with a PGY1 residency are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

Schedule:
