Clinical Pharmacist | Perkins, Oklahoma

A 100-bed community hospital located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for day shifts. This role is ideal for new graduates with a PGY1 residency or pharmacists with some hospital experience. The facility utilizes Meditech as their IT system.

Responsibilities include:

• Order verification to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Applying pharmacokinetics principles to optimize medication therapy
• Consulting with physicians and nurses to provide expert medication guidance

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacist license
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred but new graduates encouraged
• Completion or pursuit of PGY1 residency is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
