Clinical Pharmacist - Perry, Oklahoma

A 100-bed community hospital located near Perry, OK is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity. This role offers day-shift hours in a supportive environment approximately 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and coordinate workflow
• Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring and dose adjustments as needed
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nursing staff on medication therapy
• Utilize Meditech for clinical documentation and order processing

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacist license
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare setting
