Clinical Pharmacist - Perry, OK

A hospital-based Clinical Pharmacist position is available to support patient care in a 100-bed community hospital located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City. This role offers a day-shift schedule and is ideal for new graduates with postgraduate year one (PGY1) residency experience or pharmacists with some hospital background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Monitor pharmacokinetics and adjust dosages accordingly
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Meditech IT system for documentation and order processing

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacist license required
