Clinical Pharmacist | Perry, Oklahoma

A community hospital located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join their team on day shifts. This role offers the opportunity to work in a 100-bed facility providing direct patient care and collaborating closely with the healthcare team. New graduates with a PGY1 residency are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth pharmacy operations
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to optimize patient medication therapy
• Consult regularly with physicians and nurses to support clinical decisions
• Utilize Meditech for documentation and medication management

Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma pharmacist license
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred but not required
• PGY1 residency recommended for new graduates
• Strong communication and clinical skills
