Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

A contract opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in infusion pharmacy to support a specialty pharmacy at a Northeast Philadelphia hospital campus. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in home infusion services who are ready to make an immediate impact over a 13-week period.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical pharmacy services with a focus on home infusion therapy
• Checking, verifying, and supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure quality and safety
• Assisting with IV admixture preparation as necessary, including gowning up for sterile compounding
• Utilizing pharmacy software systems, preferably Brightree, to support clinical workflows and documentation

Qualifications:

• Current and active Pennsylvania pharmacist license in good standing
• Proven experience in home infusion pharmacy and clinical practice
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams while supervising technical staff
• Familiarity with pharmacy technology systems; Brightree experience is a plus but not required

Location and Schedule:

• Northeast campus in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
• Monday shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
