Ready to put your clinical skills to work in a true decentralized ED role? This tribal health clinic in Arizona is looking for a Night Shift Emergency Department Pharmacist to join their team on a 7on/7off schedule. If you're clinically sharp, comfortable working autonomously, and craving a change of scenery, this one delivers on both work and lifestyle; and an Arizona license isn't even required since this is a tribal facility.
What You'll Do:
- Function as a true decentralized ED Pharmacist, embedded directly in the emergency department workflow
- Provide clinical pharmacy support during night shift operations
- Work within RPMS (Resource and Patient Management System); a proprietary IHS platform similar to the VA's Vista system
- Collaborate closely with ED physicians and nursing staff to support real-time medication decisions
Schedule:
- 7 on / 7 off rotation
- 10-hour night shifts
What You'll Need:
- Active Pharmacist license (any state accepted; AZ license not required for this role)
- Clinical pharmacy experience required
- Residency training or hospital pharmacy experience
- Willingness to obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Comfort and willingness to live/work in a remote, rural clinic setting
- A great attitude and ability to work independently
Good to Know:
- Affordable on-campus housing is available for those relocating (shared apartment, private bedroom, shared bath/kitchen, non-coed)
- Competitive weekly pay
- Full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision
If you're looking for a true clinical ED role with autonomy, purpose, and a beautiful backdrop to boot, this is it. Apply today; these tribal health opportunities don't stay open long.
