Clinical Pharmacist | Plano, Texas

This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist role with a contract-to-hire arrangement, offering the chance to contribute to patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is based in Plano, TX, and involves a blend of clinical patient management along with participation in production rotations.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Regular hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation requires working 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every 7th weekend and approximately three evenings a month during the week

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinically manage patient medication therapy, ensuring safety and efficacy
• Participate in production duties as part of a rotating schedule
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid Texas Pharmacist License
• IV Certification is required for this role
• Experience with infusion pharmacy is essential
• Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire
