Clinical Pharmacist | Plano, Texas

This role is ideal for a clinical pharmacist with infusion experience who is eager to make a direct impact on patient care while also contributing to production activities. The position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with some flexibility due to on-call responsibilities, including rotating weekend and weekday shifts.

Location:

• Plano, TX

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Standard hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. every 7th weekend and approximately three weekday shifts per month

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinical management of patients, ensuring optimal medication therapy and safety
• Participate in production activities as part of a rotation to support pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor and adjust therapeutic plans
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License (required)
• IV Certification (required)
• Experience in infusion pharmacy settings
• Willingness to obtain Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
