Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmaceutical care to inpatients, ensuring safe and effective medication use.

• Utilize pharmacy information technology systems, including Cerner and Pyxis, to manage medication distribution and documentation accurately.
• Participate in medication reviews, monitoring, and patient counseling as appropriate.
• Support inventory management and compliance with regulatory standards within the pharmacy department.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Oregon Pharmacist License required.
• Experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting preferred.
• Proficient with Cerner and Pyxis systems or similar pharmacy IT platforms.
• Strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to variable schedules including afternoon shifts.
