Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans.
  • Utilize pharmacy information systems, including Cerner and Pyxis, for medication management and documentation.
  • Monitor patient medication therapies and adjust as necessary based on clinical assessments.
  • Educate patients and staff on medication uses, side effects, and potential interactions.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Current Oregon Pharmacist License required.
  • Strong inpatient and clinical pharmacy experience is essential.
  • Proficiency with Cerner and Pyxis systems highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
