Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately using Epic systems
• Conduct final product verification checks to ensure patient safety
• Provide expert clinical drug information and answer inquiries from healthcare teams
• Supervise and oversee daily activities of pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency
• Participate in emergency responses, including Code Blue situations, to support critical care
• Utilize hospital IT systems such as Epic and Pyxis for medication management and documentation

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials
• Strong clinical pharmacy skills, with a high preference for candidates experienced in chemotherapy and oncology
• Proficient in using Epic electronic health records and Pyxis dispensing systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide clinical support in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and oversee technician functions
