Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense medications following hospital protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies
• Utilize Cerner and Pyxis systems efficiently in daily operations
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as necessary
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon Pharmacist License
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy settings preferred
• Proficient with Cerner electronic health records
• Experience using Pyxis automated medication dispensing systems
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
