Clinical Pharmacist | Racine, Wisconsin

A healthcare facility in Racine, WI is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week contract starting June 8. This role supports inpatient pharmacy operations with a focus on acute care, pharmacotherapy, and medication management for hospitalized patients.

Schedule & Hours:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Mix of day shifts (6:30 am – 3:00 pm) and evening shifts (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm)
• Rotating every third weekend off

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services in an acute care setting
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing adjustments, and therapeutic medication monitoring
• Manage drug shortages and optimize pharmacotherapy for medical conditions
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for medication documentation and order verification

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Proficient in acute care and inpatient pharmacotherapy
• Familiarity with pharmacokinetic and renal dosing principles
• Experience with drug shortage management and therapeutic drug monitoring
• Licensed as a Pharmacist in Wisconsin (ACT-10 license accepted)

Additional Requirements:

• Travelers must be clean-shaven to achieve an effective mask seal for FIT testing; PAPRs and CAPRs are not provided or permitted
• Failure to meet FIT testing requirements will result in assignment cancellation
• Scrubs will be provided upon start date
