Clinical Pharmacist in Racine, WI

A clinical pharmacist position is available with a contract-to-hire opportunity. The role requires a dedicated professional willing to commit to a minimum six-month contract before transitioning to a permanent role. This position demands recent and proficient IV experience along with expertise in sterile compounding.

Location: Racine, WI
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• On-call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare IV admixtures in a clean room environment as necessary
• Perform various clinical pharmacy duties in support of patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience required
• Recent IV experience is mandatory
• CPR certification preferred
• At least 2 years of recent home infusion experience is a strong advantage
