Clinical Pharmacist - Racine, WI

A Clinical Pharmacist opportunity is available for a dedicated professional with recent IV experience. This contract-to-hire position requires a commitment of at least six months under contract before consideration for a permanent role. The role focuses on providing expert clinical services, particularly in sterile compounding and home infusion settings.

Location: Racine, WI
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• On call every fourth weekend and one night per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders accurately and promptly
• Prepare and mix IV medications in the clean room when required
• Perform other clinical pharmacy duties as assigned to support patient care and ensure medication safety

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in sterile compounding, with emphasis on home infusion preferred
• Recent IV preparation and verification experience is required
• CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory
