- Verify medication orders accurately and promptly
- Monitor and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure workflow efficiency
- Manage cart fills to maintain timely medication delivery
- Oversee Pyxis dispensing systems to support safe medication distribution
- Apply sound clinical knowledge to optimize patient care
Qualifications:
- Active, clear Kentucky pharmacy license
- Minimum 1 year recent inpatient pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records is preferred
- Strong clinical expertise and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
