Per Diem Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Radcliff, KY

A Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist opportunity is available in Radcliff, KY, providing essential inpatient hospital support during the week of June 22nd to June 26th. This role is based at a small 25-bed critical access hospital, serving a typical census of 8-15 patients. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, focusing on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care in a close-knit healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include verifying medication orders, monitoring pharmacy technician workflow, managing cart fills, and overseeing Pyxis dispensing operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient medication delivery and patient safety within the inpatient environment.

Desired qualifications and skills:

• Active and clear Kentucky pharmacist license
• Minimum of one year of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Preferably experienced with Cerner electronic health record systems
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to apply it effectively
