Inpatient Pharmacist

A 175-bed hospital in Reno needs a night shift pharmacist; and they need one fast. If you're an experienced inpatient pharmacist who thrives on nights and works well independently, this 13-week contract (with strong extension potential) is worth a serious look.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Verifying medication orders and ensuring clinical accuracy across the night shift
• Supervising and directing pharmacy technicians throughout the shift
• Consulting directly with physicians and nurses on medication therapy and safety
• Performing pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Working within EPIC and Pyxis systems

What You'll Need:

• Active Nevada Pharmacist license
• Previous hospital/inpatient pharmacy experience
• Ability to work overnight shifts comfortably and independently
• Strong clinical communication skills with medical staff
