A well-established home infusion pharmacy in the Greater Seattle Area seeks experienced Clinical Infusion Pharmacists to join their specialized team. This temp-to-hire role begins with a 13-week contract, offering a dynamic opportunity to work in a clinical setting that focuses on complex and specialty medication therapies. You will play an essential role in managing medication therapy for patients receiving infusion treatments, collaborating closely with healthcare providers, nurses, and pharmacy staff to ensure safe, effective, and compliant medication use.

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (13-Week Contract to Start)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, no weekends
- Shift Options: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Provide clinical oversight for infusion therapies, including specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, TPN, and compounded sterile preparations
- Assess patient-specific therapy plans and monitor outcomes to optimize treatment efficacy
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams on medication management
- Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations and organizational policies
- Support quality assurance and medication safety initiatives
- Maintain precise documentation in pharmacy and electronic medical records
- Participate in workflow optimization and operational support within a high-volume infusion environment
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active, unrestricted Washington Pharmacist license required
- Minimum of two years of clinical pharmacist experience preferred
- Prior experience in home infusion, inpatient pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, ambulatory infusion, or sterile compounding required
- Solid knowledge of IV medications, biologics, antimicrobial therapies, TPN, and sterile compounding practices
- Experience managing complex or specialty patient populations is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered team environment
