Clinical Pharmacist in Renton, WA

Seeking an experienced Clinical Infusion Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a home infusion setting. This temp-to-hire opportunity, based in Seattle, WA, starts ASAP with an initial 13-week contract leading to potential permanent placement.

In this role, you will:

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance
• Provide clinical oversight for infusion therapies, including specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, TPN, and compounded sterile preparations
• Assess individual patient therapy plans and monitor outcomes to ensure optimal treatment efficacy
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams on medication management and therapy recommendations
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Washington State with a clear and active license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, ideally with home infusion
• Demonstrated clinical expertise in inpatient, IV, home infusion, TPN, vancomycin, biologics, and compounding
• Experience working with complex or rare disease states and specialty patient populations is highly preferred
• Residency or relevant certifications are advantageous
