Travel Inpatient Pharmacist Northern Wisconsin

A hospital in Northern Wisconsin is seeking a Travel Pharmacist for a 13+ week assignment starting mid-June. This is an excellent opportunity for an inpatient pharmacist looking for a consistent 7on/7off schedule and the chance to work in a collaborative hospital environment. Position Details:
13+ week travel assignment
Start date: June 15
7on/7off schedule
10-hour day shifts
Inpatient hospital setting
Cerner electronic medical record system

Responsibilities: 
Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapy
Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and pharmacy regulations
Assist with daily inpatient pharmacy operations

Requirements:
Active Pharmacist license or willingness to obtain a Wisconsin Temporary Pharmacist License
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience required
Experience with Cerner preferred
Strong clinical communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced hospital environment
