A community hospital in Indiana is seeking an experienced Night Shift Pharmacist for a long-term assignment with potential for permanent hire. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys inpatient hospital work and prefers a consistent 7on/7off overnight schedule.
Position Details:
ASAP start
6-month assignment with temp-to-hire potential
200-bed community hospital
7on/7off night schedule
Shift hours: 9:00pm – 7:30am
Hospital pharmacy environment
EMR system: EPIC

Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
Consult with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapy
Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
Ensure compliance with hospital and pharmacy regulations
Support overnight inpatient pharmacy operations and clinical services
Requirements:
Active Indiana Pharmacist license
Prior hospital pharmacy experience required
Experience with EPIC strongly preferred
Ability to work overnight shifts on a 7on/7off rotation
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
