Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: Week-to-week contract, with some assignments extending up to 3-4 months
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• 4-5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and compound sterile medications in compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure safety and efficacy of compounded preparations
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and sterile compounding protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy
• Document compounding activities according to pharmacy policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Florida Pharmacist License (required)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in sterile compounding pharmacy practice (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of USP <797> and <800> guidelines
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
