Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure quality control and proper documentation of compounded preparations
• Maintain a safe and sterile work environment adhering to USP <797> standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and compounding specifications
• Monitor inventory and order necessary compounding supplies
• Provide expert guidance on compounded medication usage to healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

• Active Florida pharmacist license (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of recent sterile compounding pharmacist experience
• Strong understanding of compounding techniques and aseptic procedures
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Location:

• Tampa, FL (5710 Hoover Blvd)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• 4 to 5 days per week, flexible scheduling available
