Position Details

• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Position: Clinical Pharmacy Manager
• Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
• Salary: $206,000 – $330,000 per year
• Schedule: Full-time
• Pay: Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical pharmacy services across multiple hospital campuses
• Supervise and coordinate clinical pharmacy staff
• Develop and evaluate clinical pharmacy programs
• Develop department and hospital education and training programs
• Oversee quality assurance and medication safety initiatives
• Manage drug use evaluations and adverse drug reaction monitoring
• Serve as a resource for drug information
• Direct the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program
• Co-chair the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee

Requirements

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
• Active California Pharmacist license
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience
• Prior clinical coordinator or clinical pharmacy management experience
• Supervisory/leadership experience
• Experience overseeing a pharmacy residency program
• Strong clinical program development and leadership background
