A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available within a well-respected children’s hospital specializing in inpatient care. This role involves working in a 300-bed pediatric facility known for its commitment to excellence and advanced patient care systems.

Location: San Mateo, CA (local options available)
Schedule/Hours:

• Variable days and afternoons
• 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital setting specializing in pediatrics
• Utilize EPIC software for medication management and patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapies and ensure safe administration
• Participate in medication reconciliation and patient counseling

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital inpatient setting
• Familiarity with EPIC software or similar electronic health systems
• Training and qualifications on par with PGY1 residency standards preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
