A healthcare facility in Santa Monica is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist with a specialty in Oncology to support their outpatient oncology infusion services. This contract position offers a focused opportunity to apply your oncology expertise in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

Location:

• Santa Monica Campus

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Variable shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services within the outpatient cancer center pharmacy
• Manage chemotherapy and other oncology infusion medications following established protocols
• Collaborate with oncology care teams to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for patients
• Utilize Epic for documentation and clinical decision support

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in outpatient oncology infusion pharmacy
• Strong knowledge of chemotherapy protocols and oncology medications
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced ambulatory oncology setting
