Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing, verifying, and dispensing medications while ensuring accurate dosing, appropriate therapy, and compliance with pharmacy and patient-safety standards.
-Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide medication recommendations, answer drug-related questions, and support optimal patient care.
Work Hours
· 7on 7off nights - 9 pm to 7:30 am
Experience
· Cerner/Omnicell experience
· Recent inpatient hospital experience
Other Qualifications
· Current and valid WI Pharmacist License
