Located in the Greater Seattle Area, this Clinical Infusion Pharmacist role offers a dynamic opportunity to work within a leading home infusion pharmacy. The position supports patients with complex and specialty medication needs, providing critical clinical oversight in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. This temp-to-hire opportunity begins with a 13-week contract and offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with no weekend shifts.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, No Weekends
Shift Options: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide clinical oversight for infusion therapies, including specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, TPN, and compounded sterile preparations.
  • Assess patient-specific therapy plans and monitor outcomes to optimize treatment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals on medication management and therapy recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and medication safety programs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within pharmacy and electronic medical records.
  • Support workflow optimization and operational functions in a high-volume infusion environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Active and unrestricted Washington Pharmacist license.
  • Minimum two years of clinical pharmacist experience preferred.
  • Experience in home infusion, inpatient pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, ambulatory infusion, or sterile compounding required.
  • Strong knowledge of infusion therapies, IV medications, biologics, antimicrobial therapies, TPN, and sterile compounding.
  • Familiarity with specialty or complex patient populations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical, patient-centered setting.
