Clinical Pharmacist - Seattle, Washington

An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist with specialty experience in chemotherapy/oncology preferred. This contract role is based in Seattle, WA and offers a dynamic, engaging environment within an inpatient pharmacy setting.

Location: Seattle, WA
Type: Contract (16 weeks+, temp-to-hire potential)
Schedule: Variable days and afternoon shifts, 8 hours per shift

Responsibilities:

• Support distribution functions within the inpatient pharmacy
• Perform order verification using Epic
• Conduct final product verification checks
• Provide clinical consultation and answer drug information inquiries
• Supervise pharmacy technician activities
• Respond to Code Blue and emergency situations
• Utilize IT systems including Epic and Pyxis

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with inpatient pharmacy experience
• Experience or strong interest in chemotherapy/oncology lines highly preferred
• Proficient in Epic electronic health record system
• Knowledge of Pyxis automated dispensing systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
