Clinical Pharmacist in Seattle, WA

This opportunity is for a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist specializing in home infusion therapies, based in Seattle, WA. The role begins as a 13-week contract-to-hire position, offering a pathway to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include reviewing and verifying medication orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance, providing clinical oversight for infusion therapies such as specialty medications, biologics, antimicrobials, TPN, and compounded sterile preparations. You will assess patient-specific therapy plans, monitor treatment outcomes, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication management. Ensuring adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies is critical.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Must be local to Seattle, WA
• Valid, clear, and active Washington State Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, with home infusion experience highly preferred
• Strong background in clinical pharmacy including inpatient, IV therapy, home infusion, TPN, vancomycin monitoring, biologics, and compounding
• Experience with managing specialty medications or working with rare disease states and complex patient populations is a significant advantage
