Oncology Pharmacist

Hot opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist in Seattle! We're seeking a hospital pharmacist with oncology experience to join a dynamic inpatient team on a 4+ month contract assignment with strong temp-to-hire potential. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clinically focused environment while gaining experience at a premier healthcare facility.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately using EPIC
• Perform final product verification checks to ensure safe medication dispensing
• Answer clinical questions and provide drug information to healthcare providers
• Oversee and support pharmacy technician functions
• Participate in Code Blue and emergency response situations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams on patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and pharmacy best practices
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication management and dispensing workflows

Requirements:

• Active Washington Pharmacist license required
• Recent hospital pharmacy experience required
• Oncology and/or chemotherapy experience required
• Full-time immediate availability required
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently
• Experience with EPIC and Pyxis required
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• Variable day and afternoon shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• ASAP start
• 4+ month contract with temp-to-hire potential
