Key Responsibilities
Combination of staffing and clinical/decentralized pharmacy duties
Support medication management and order verification
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure safe and effective medication use across inpatient units

Cerner EMR
Pyxis automated dispensing system
Ideal Candidate
Active Oregon Pharmacist License (required)
Strong inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
Background in clinical or decentralized pharmacy practice preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment
