A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available at a respected medical center in State College, PA, offering a dynamic role with exposure to both the Emergency Department (ED) and Critical Care Unit (CCU). Schedule: Variable day and afternoon shifts, primarily 8-hour day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders and review medication profiles for appropriateness and safety
• Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to patient populations in the ED and ICU
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in rounds
• Monitor drug therapy and perform pharmacist-managed consults following established protocols
• Support acute patient care scenarios such as cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
• PGY1 residency or a minimum of 3 years of current clinical pharmacy experience
• PA pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
