A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available in South Lake Tahoe, CA, supporting inpatient services at a 100-bed hospital utilizing EPIC and Pyxis systems. This contract position requires a California Pharmacy License and approximately one year of experience. The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week, providing a consistent full-time workload.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and effective medication dispensing
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital policies and regulations
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis systems for medication management and documentation

Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacist License
• Around one year of experience in a clinical pharmacy or hospital setting
• Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week with full-time availability
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
