Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Sparks, Nevada

A 175-bed hospital in Sparks, NV is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist for a night shift role. This 13-week contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment utilizing EPIC and Pyxis systems. If you are a licensed pharmacist in Nevada with hospital experience and are available to work nights, this role could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• Provide clinical consultations to physicians and nursing staff
• Apply pharmacokinetics knowledge in patient care
• Collaborate closely within the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active NV pharmacist license required
• Proven hospital pharmacy experience
• Comfortable and reliable in working night shifts
• Familiarity with EPIC and Pyxis systems preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:

• Night shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off
• 10-hour shifts
