Clinical Pharmacist - Stafford, Texas

A growing pharmacy is seeking 7 skilled compounding pharmacists to join their team at a second location in Stafford, Texas. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a 13-week assignment with the potential to secure a permanent position. Work the first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, supporting patients and healthcare providers with customized medication preparations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized medications following prescriptions and recognized compounding standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure timely medication service
• Stay informed on current pharmaceutical trends and compounding techniques

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sterile compounding
• Proficiency with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software preferred

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 1st Shift
