  • Utilize Meditech electronic health records system for documentation and communication

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Active PA pharmacist license
  • Experience in ambulatory care or inpatient settings preferred
  • Residency training is a significant plus
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative practice

Location:

  • Hybrid schedule with variable days/afternoons, primarily day shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
