A hybrid Clinical Pharmacist opportunity is available in State College, PA, offering a blend of population health-focused clinical work and traditional staffing responsibilities. Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required
• Experience in ambulatory care or inpatient pharmacy preferred
• Completion of a pharmacy residency is a significant plus
