Responsibilities:

  • Verify and enter medication orders while reviewing medication profiles for appropriateness and safety.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to the unique needs of ED and ICU patient populations.
  • Engage actively in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Conduct drug therapy monitoring and manage pharmacist-managed consults according to established protocols.
  • Participate in acute patient care scenarios, including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma, providing critical pharmaceutical support.
