An exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist eager to expand their expertise across diverse clinical settings. This permanent role offers a unique chance to work flexibly between the Emergency Department (ED), Critical Care Unit (CCU), and participate actively on the antibiotic stewardship team. Unlike larger hospitals where pharmacists may be confined to one specialty area, this position encourages broader clinical growth by engaging with multiple units and patient populations.

Relocation assistance is available, and candidates without a current Pennsylvania license will be considered, with support provided to obtain licensure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify medication orders, review medication profiles for appropriateness
- Provide clinical pharmacy services tailored to patient needs in the ED and CCU
- Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and clinical rounds
- Conduct drug therapy monitoring and pharmacist-managed consults according to protocols
- Engage in acute patient care scenarios including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- PGY1 residency or minimum three years of recent clinical pharmacy experience
- PA pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience with Meditech preferred
Schedule:
- Variable days and afternoons, primarily 8-hour day shifts
