Clinical Pharmacist in Stillwater, OK

A community hospital located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for day-shift coverage. This position is a contract opportunity with potential for permanence, welcoming new graduates who have completed or are pursuing a PGY-1 residency. The hospital operates a 100-bed facility and uses Meditech as its IT system.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure workflow
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Oklahoma pharmacist license
• Some prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and consulting abilities
