Clinical Pharmacist in Stillwater, OK

A community hospital, located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City, is seeking a permanent Clinical Pharmacist to join their team on day shifts. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in a 100-bed facility with a supportive environment that welcomes new graduates, particularly those with a PGY-1 residency, to grow their clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy technicians
• Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Provide clinical consultations to physicians and nursing staff
• Utilize Meditech pharmacy information system for efficient workflow

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Oklahoma (or eligible for licensure)
• Experience or interest in hospital pharmacy practice
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates with PGY-1 residency experience are encouraged to apply
