Clinical Pharmacist - Sugar Land, TX

This opportunity is seeking seven skilled compounding pharmacists to support a growing pharmacy operation at its secondary location. This contract-to-hire position offers a chance to showcase expertise in sterile compounding within a collaborative and fast-paced environment in Sugar Land, Texas.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am – 2:00pm (1st shift)

Location:

• Sugar Land, TX, with assignment based in Stafford, Texas

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized medications following prescriptions and compounding standards, ensuring accuracy and patient safety
• Maintain detailed records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory for compliance and quality assurance
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and fellow team members to foster seamless service delivery
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to meet timely dispensing and operational goals
• Stay informed on emerging pharmaceutical trends and advanced compounding techniques to enhance service quality

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in Texas
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sterile compounding with demonstrated competency
• Proficient with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software is preferred
