A growing pharmacy team is seeking seven Compounding Pharmacists eager to apply their expertise in a dynamic environment. This opportunity offers a 13-week contract-to-hire position at a newly established location, ideal for pharmacists skilled in sterile compounding.

• Stafford, TX
• Shifts: 1st Shift
• Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customized medications following precise prescriptions and compounding standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy team members to ensure quality service.
• Maintain detailed records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory to support pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff for seamless workflow and timely prescription fulfillment.
• Keep updated on pharmaceutical developments and compounding techniques to uphold best practices.

Desired Qualifications

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in Texas.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in sterile compounding within a pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software systems such as LifeFile and PK Software.
