Compounding Pharmacist

We're hiring experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacists for a full-time 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in Stafford, TX. Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Prepare customized sterile medications according to prescriptions and compounding standards
• Ensure compliance with USP guidelines and pharmacy quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, ingredients, and inventory
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
• Stay up to date on sterile compounding best practices and pharmaceutical standards

Requirements

• Active Texas Pharmacist license
• Minimum 1 year of sterile compounding experience
• Recent hands-on sterile compounding experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and patient safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and assist with overtime as needed
• Experience with LifeFile and PK Software is a plus
