Clinical Pharmacist - Sun Prairie, WI

A Clinical Pharmacist position is available in Sun Prairie, WI, offering a contract-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must be willing to work a minimum of six months under contract before consideration for permanent placement.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM to 6:00 PM)
• On call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Key Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacy license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in sterile compounding, with a strong emphasis on IV preparation
• Recent IV experience is required
• Preferably 2+ years of recent home infusion experience
• CPR certification is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Accurate verification of IV orders to ensure patient safety and compliance
• Mixing IV medications in a clean room environment as required
• Performing other clinical pharmacy duties that support patient care and medication management

This role requires a detail-oriented pharmacist capable of operating in a fast-paced infusion setting, ensuring sterile techniques and clinical accuracy. The position offers a competitive compensation starting at $58 per hour.
