Clinical Pharmacist | Sun Prairie, Wisconsin

A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available in Sun Prairie, WI, offering a contract-to-hire arrangement with a minimum 6-month contract period before potential full-time employment. This position requires recent IV and sterile compounding experience, with a focus on home infusion preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (eight-hour shifts)
• On-call rotation every 4th weekend and one night per week

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacy license
• Recent sterile compounding experience of 2+ years
• Recent IV experience is required
• CPR certification is preferred
• 2+ years of recent home infusion experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders with accuracy
• Prepare IV medications in the clean room when necessary
• Perform other clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care
