Clinical Pharmacist in Sun Prairie, WI

Three Inpatient Pharmacists are needed for a 13-week contract assignment starting June 29 in Sun Prairie, WI. This opportunity supports a respected healthcare facility providing inpatient pharmacy services with a focus on acute care.

Shift Options (all 5x 8-hour shifts, rotating every 3rd weekend):

• Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Mid Shift: 11:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
• Evening Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting with a strong emphasis on acute care management.
• Apply pharmacokinetic and renal dosing principles in medication optimization.
• Manage therapeutic drug monitoring and address drug shortages effectively.
• Provide pharmacotherapy interventions for complex medical conditions.
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system to document and communicate clinical decisions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience required.
• Proficient in pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing protocols, and therapeutic drug monitoring.
• Experience with drug shortage management and pharmacotherapy in acute care environments.
• Licensed pharmacists in Wisconsin with an ACT-10 license are eligible to apply.
• Successful fit testing for mask use is mandatory; travelers must be clean-shaven for proper seal testing. Use of CAPRs/PAPRs is not permitted.

• Scrubs will be provided upon start of the assignment.
