Clinical Pharmacist in Sun Prairie, WI

A healthcare facility near Sun Prairie, WI is seeking three experienced inpatient clinical pharmacists for a 13-week contract starting June 29. These roles require a minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience and Wisconsin licensure (WI ACT-10 license accepted). Flexible shift options include day (6:30 a.m.–3 p.m.), mid (11 a.m.–7:30 p.m.), and evening (2:30 p.m.–11 p.m.) shifts, with five 8-hour shifts per week and rotating weekends every third week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and acute care pharmacy services
• Manage pharmacokinetic and renal dosing adjustments
• Conduct therapeutic medication monitoring and pharmacotherapy interventions for a range of medical conditions
• Assist with drug shortage management within the inpatient setting
• Document all clinical activities accurately in the EPIC electronic medical record system (required)

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy management in acute care environments
• Proficient in EPIC EMR system usage
• Current Wisconsin pharmacy license (ACT-10 license accepted)

Additional Requirements:

• Travelers must be clean-shaven to achieve a proper mask seal for Fit Testing, as powered air-purifying respirators (PAPRs) or controlled air-purifying respirators (CAPRs) are not permitted onsite
• Facility-provided scrubs included upon start
