Clinical Pharmacist in Sun Valley, NV

Provide expert pharmaceutical care as a Clinical Pharmacist during night shifts at a well-established 175-bed hospital. This contract opportunity offers a dynamic environment where your skills in medication management and patient care can make a significant impact.

Location:

• Sun Valley, NV (Reno area)

Schedule:

• Night shift
• 7 on, 7 off schedule
• 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification with accuracy and attention to detail
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on medication therapy and patient care
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to optimize medication regimens
• Utilize technology systems including EPIC and Pyxis for medication management

Qualifications:

• Valid Nevada pharmacist license is required
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience with familiarity in clinical settings
• Ability and willingness to work night shifts consistently
• Knowledge of EPIC and Pyxis systems is preferred

Contract Details:

• Duration extends for 13 weeks or longer
• Immediate availability preferred
