This opportunity is for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting. Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and safety

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current state licensure
