This opportunity is for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting. The role focuses on optimizing medication therapy to enhance patient outcomes, ensuring safety, and supporting clinical teams with specialized knowledge in hospital pharmacy operations.

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific medication plans
  • Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as needed
  • Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients
  • Participate in clinical rounds and pharmacy department meetings

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Licensed Pharmacist with current state licensure
  • Experience working in a hospital pharmacy or clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology and hospital medication management
  • Ability to interpret and apply medical and pharmaceutical data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
