A clinical pharmacist position is available in South Lake Tahoe at a 100-bed hospital specializing in oncology and chemotherapy services. This contract role is perfect for pharmacists with solid oncology experience seeking a focused clinical environment utilizing EPIC and Pyxis systems.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, four 10-hour day shifts each week

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance and quality service
• Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians to optimize patient care plans
• Manage pharmacokinetics monitoring and dosing adjustments

Qualifications:

• Valid California pharmacist license
• Approximately 1 year of pharmacy experience, with oncology/chemotherapy preferred
• Full-time availability to meet scheduling needs
• Proficient in EPIC and Pyxis systems
