This opportunity is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in a well-established 100-bed hospital setting. The focus is on candidates with a strong background in chemotherapy and oncology pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform order verification with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians to optimize patient care.
  • Provide pharmacokinetics consultation and clinical support.
  • Utilize pharmacy IT systems including EPIC and Pyxis for documentation and medication management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid California Pharmacist license is required.
  • Approximately 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably including oncology or chemotherapy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work full-time with a flexible and professional approach.
  • Familiarity with hospital pharmacy technology and clinical protocols.

Schedule and Location:

  • Located in Tahoe City, CA, serving the South Lake Tahoe area.
  • Schedule consists of four 10-hour day shifts per week.
