Travel Pharmacist Outpatient & Emergency Department

This is an excellent chance to gain valuable clinical experience while enjoying the scenic beauty of Arizona. Any active U.S. pharmacist license is accepted, and affordable on-campus housing is available.

What You'll Do

• Provide pharmaceutical care in an outpatient clinic or emergency department setting
• Review, verify, and dispense medications while ensuring safe and appropriate therapy
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Counsel patients on medications and treatment plans
• Document pharmacy interventions using the RPMS pharmacy system
• For Emergency Department pharmacists, participate in emergency response situations and provide decentralized clinical pharmacy services

Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in any U.S. state
• Willingness to work in a remote tribal healthcare setting
• Hospital or residency experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Emergency Department candidates must have clinical hospital experience and be willing to obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Positive attitude and flexibility in a travel assignment
